Saturday Stuff (March 8th)

What’s up - happy Saturday. We made it! Here’s some stuff for you to check out during your morning coffee ☕

Claude Code was released at the end of February. It’s really awesome (but not cheap). Here’s my video showing how it works ⬇️

This LLM prompt has been an amazing addition to my prompt library. It’s my new system prompt - really direct and pretty tough. It’s a great alternative to the usual “Yes-and” that LLMs often return back.

I didn’t have any involvement in shipping this at Cloudflare, but this is a neat idea that I would like to see more companies adopt. This prompt teaches LLMs how to work with Cluodflare’s developer SDK, across a bunch of different products. You can drop it in to tools like Claude Code and make it way smarter. Neat!

#4

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a way for LLMs to interact with the outside world. Kind of like function/tool calling, but done in a different way. This free workshop (2 hours!) explains what it is and how to get started.

A quick health thing, since I seem to mostly talk about AI in this newsletter - I’ve been making this a few times a week and really enjoy it. This account is a great follow if you’re health-conscious and want to try some unconventional approaches to fixing inflammation, sleep, and more.
